1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our service. If you are not satisfied with WirePath for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one refund per customer.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email support@wire-path.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
2. Renewals
Monthly renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you forget to cancel before a renewal date and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will issue a refund as a one-time courtesy, provided the account has not been actively used during the renewed period.
To avoid unwanted renewal charges, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges.
3. Exceptions — When Refunds Will Not Be Issued
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- Requests made after 30 days of the initial purchase
- Second or subsequent refund requests from the same customer or account
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
- Service disruptions caused by factors outside of our control (internet outages, force majeure events, etc.)
- Dissatisfaction caused by your own hardware, software, or network configuration
4. Partial Months
WirePath does not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, except as provided in Section 2 (renewal courtesy refund) or as required by applicable law.
5. Payment Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer. We will send you an email confirmation when the refund has been initiated.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution and to dispute the chargeback. We encourage you to contact us directly — we're a small team and we want to make things right.
7. California Residents
California residents have the right to a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase under California Business and Professions Code § 17601 et seq. This policy is consistent with and does not waive any rights granted under California law.
