Terms of Service

Effective date: May 28, 2026  |  Wire Path LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Wire Path LLC ("WirePath," "we," "our," or "us"), a California limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the wire-path.com website and the WirePath VPN service (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WirePath provides a dedicated WireGuard VPN server assigned exclusively to your account. Features include a dedicated IP address, encrypted tunneling, volatile RAM-only system logging with no persistent activity logs, and access to the WirePath account dashboard. Service availability, server locations, and features may change over time with reasonable notice to you.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. WirePath uses passwordless authentication — to sign in you will receive a one-time magic link by email. You are responsible for the security of your email account and for all activity that occurs under your WirePath account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@wire-path.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent billing, abuse policies, or refund limitations is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

4.1 Subscription

The Service is offered on a monthly recurring subscription basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month on your billing date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period until you cancel.

4.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We reserve the right to suspend the Service if a payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days of the failed charge.

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@wire-path.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, except where required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase via email. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on the Service are the property of Wire Path LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its underlying software.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Using a VPN does not guarantee anonymity. We are not responsible for your actions while using the Service or for the consequences of those actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIRE PATH LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wire Path LLC and its members, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your VPN server will be decommissioned. You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at support@wire-path.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

12. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, DMCA Policy, Export Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and WirePath regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and by sending an email to your account address at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
